Santers Yard, Tunbridge Wells District

Santers Yard is a 6 acre site secured under a Promotion Agreement. With an  emerging allocation in the Local Plan the site generates 38 residential units within  a sensitively designed Placemaking proposal prepared by GDM Architects. An extension of the public footpath network and biodiversity enhancements are key features of the project.
